I have had a good morning so far today :)
Well that’s not very long consitering it’s only 6:55 LOLZ
But I m nervious because my IEP is today so I m kinda ner ious about that. But what ever what ever will happen will happen.
So I worked out this morning :)

Recipe - Summer Chili (62 cals/serving)
1/2 c onion
1.5 tsp garlic
1/2 tsp olive oil
10.5 oz chicken broth
1 c dark kidney beans
1/4 c celery
1/4 c carrot
1 c squash
1 c zucchini
1 c bell pepper
2 c mushroom
1/2 c tomato
8 oz tomato sauce
1 tsp honey
2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
In a large saucepan, cook onion & garlic in oil until tender.Add  broth, kidney beans, celery, carrots, squash, zucchini, pepper, mushroom,  tomato, tomato sauce, and honey, cook til soft.Mix in spices and simmer all  ingredients about one hour, until bubbly. Serve & dig in.

 1 1/4 Pounds Potatoes, peeled and sliced thinly
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
Water
In a bowl combine the potatoes and salt. Add cold water to cover and let soak for 30 minutes. Spray cookie sheet with non-stick cooking spray. Place the potatoes in a single layer on the sheet and bake 350° for 35-45 minutes turn often. Cool &amp; delight!

Today, treat yourself to something small and luxurious, like a gourmet chocolate or even just a miniature candy bar, because you’ve been working hard and you deserve a reward!

Day one wake up 5:48 

I woke up at five forty eight. Started to work out. Only to see that after a little bit I felt like passing out. My mom said it is probably because I didn’t get enough sleep last night to be waking up and trying to work out. But that’s who I m. And will be. Is that such a bad thing?
